Guest guest
Debbi Walton has a passion for motivating others toward greater health. Currently training personal clients one-on-one, she has designed corporate and interstate fitness programs. When Debbi lived in Nashville, TN, she was the fitness expert on " Talk of the Town " the highest ranked local television talk show in the nation. Her informative and entertaining presentation on fitness and nutrition will inspire you and your family to live more healthy and active lives. Debbi gives a motivational talk on a 24 hour info line at 212-461- 8903 that I enjoyed with lots of tips on fitness and establishing an exercise program. I am on a determined mission to PERMANENTLY lose every single extra pound and get healthy and fit FOR GOOD in 2006. I have been a yo-yo dieter for years which is worse for my health than if I had just stayed obese. The Lord has been working in my heart, convicting me of gluttony, overeating, patterns of turning to food to meet needs that only He can fill, and generally taking poor care of myself. He is healing me from the inside out and I am so grateful for the freedom and victory that is mine in Christ. As of today I am down 39 1/2 plus pounds thusfar, 24 of it lost since 12/31 while eating an all raw vegan diet. I still have plenty to lose and am definately a " work in progress " . My grand total is going to be over 100 pounds (I stopped weighing at my heaviest point out of shame). That's an embarrassing statistic to me that I certainly am not proud of but that's where I am. My desire is to be a lovely trophy of His grace, love, forgiveness, and restoration, giving all glory and praise to Him, the author and finisher of my faith. All I can say is, " THANK YOU LORD! YOU are my strength, my help, my strong deliverer. I am weak but YOU are strong! " I'd sure appreciate prayer that I'd keep my eyes on the Lord and reach a healthy weight and then STAY THERE! There is no cost to listen in to the call by Debbi other than whatever your long distance charges are (you might want to use free minutes on your cell phone). I especially appreciated the key thrust of the talk: looking at ourselves in a new light RIGHT NOW: as healthy, fit exercisers who take excellent care of our bodies with good food as our fuel. Every bit of progress we make and each healthy choice adds up! Her talk is titled " I am an exerciser " and is sponsored by Juice Plus for which I am a distributor and I am very, very impressed with. Whether a person is interested or not in using the nutritional supplements as Debbie recommends, they will come away with new inspiration on taking better care of themselves progressively increasing the intensity of their daily exercise and adding more raw fruits and veggies to their diet. I myself have greatly benefited by adding Juice Plus to my diet which are 17 raw, vine ripened fruits, veggies, and whole grains in a capsule (water removed in the mid 90s) without the sugar, salt, herbicides, or pesticides. It's a wonderful whole food supplement and I feel far better on it than juicing every day. Have a great day, Paula WWW.JPOWeb.com (ordering) Debbi's fitness info call: 212-461-8903
