Toxins?...And Another Thing...

I forgot to mention that healing comes from the inside out, and from

the newest ailment to the oldest. This is a good thing to keep in

mind when you are seeing the symptoms of detoxification. It will

keep you from panicking. So if you ever smoked cigarettes for

instance, and it was 10 years ago, as your detox progresses, you

might have some feelings in your lungs as they are being cleansed,

which in turn might cause you to have some minor back pain since the

nerves connected to the respiratory system also connect to the

spine. If you have eaten alot of sugar over the years, you might

start to feel really congested as your body starts to eliminate the

mucous from your system, which can also cause headaches and

brainfog. If you were a drug user, you might start to get boils on

your body where those drug accummulated in your muscle tissue and are

now trying to escape through your skin.

The detoxification process is real. And once you consider what your

body has been through over the years, you'll understand what you are

going to go through now to regain your health. Everyone's detox

experience is different, so you definitely cannot judge or deny

someone else's experience.

No, I don't study it. I have had it done, and my cousin's father-in-

law (mouthful) performs it. So he explained alot to us years ago,

and it is an amazing process. Alot can be revealed. I wouldn't

claim that it could diagnose disease or anything like that. But it

can see where your system might need some attention or might have

some weaknesses.

If you haven't gotten it done, try it. I don't know how they do it

today, but then I got it done, about 15 years ago, you look into a

camera (think eye test), and a picture is taken of your irises. They

blow up the pics so that each iris is on a separate page and about

the size of a small child's head. And then they study them, and give

you advice.
