Guest guest
are store bought raisens considered raw? I have been buying the california raisens in the red can! Thanks! What are the most popular cars? Find out at Autos
Guest guest
it seems as if they are, they're naturally dried. i question some of the other dried fruit though, it looks like it might be dried by some strange process. i don't like raisins though so i don't eat them and i feel no compulsion to eat them. it seems more appropriate to eat grapes. i stay away from other dried fruit too, unless i get an overwhelming urge to eat them (like a while ago i just had to try some dried cherries, they were very sweet, sweeter than fresh cherries), but in general, i don't eat much of that kind of thing. just seems to make more sense to just eat the fresh, whole fruit. it's probably more nutritional that way anyway. i am currently obsessed on those raw cacao nibs that i saw in the market Essenes the other day. i don't know if i'll eat them or not, i worried that it will affect my mental equilibrium which i'd like to keep clear now that i'm eating raw again. i think i'll pass on them but it's going to take a few days of withdrawal. thanks for thanking. rawfood , Sherry <dobeythehouseelf wrote: > > are store bought raisens considered raw? > > I have been buying the california raisens in the red can! > > Thanks!
