Guest guest
Hello, everyone! Well, right now I'm still recovering from the tooth extractions, so I'm not eating much. Alot of what I'm finding easy to eat without chewing are some of the junky foods that I still have on hand, but I'm only eating once a day - and it seems I'm eating them because of convenience, and feel it wasteful to throw them out as I'd be the only one in my family to eat them. The rest of the day, while not raw, I'm drinking Bolthouse Farms drinks and water. I have tons of energy, and I'm spending quite a bit of time working on emotional issues and whatnot that interfere with my eating habits and why I turn towards junk foods. I'm really noticing how I feel after eating the junky foods, and all I'm thinking about lately is a nice big salad with veggies!! Which is good, really. Having been plagued by low energy levels for so long, I have been surprised that I could possibly have such energy when I'm eating so very little. But I'm enjoying it - not complaining! I'm thinking I might see if it's within the rules to offer up on Freecycle the frozen meals I have in the fridge, though. I was thinking I'd really do better with raw fruit purees right now than that stuff, and it'd be more filling than drinks. I ate a frozen meal yesterday and ended up with a headache within half an hour. Anyway, that's where I'm at...enjoying having energy, looking forward to eating a big salad packed with veggies again and planning to head to Walmart today to look at food processors and blenders so I can puree some fruit I can eat. Guest guest
hi liz. I have tons of energy, and I'm spending quite a bit of time working on emotional issues and whatnot that interfere with my eating habits and why I turn towards junk foods. ditto. Having been plagued by low energy levels for so long, I have been surprised that I could possibly have such energy when I'm eating so very little. ditto again. i'm not too excited about the produce i eat so i only eat as much as i need physically. i simply can't binge on produce for emotional relief like i could with junk food. the desire just isn't there. but that's normal, that's the way i should eat, to satisfy my body's needs, no other reason. some people can eat cooked just to satify their physical needs, but i can't. i overeat the stuff and try to get too much out of it from an emotional relief standpoint. food can only do so much and it's only suppose to nourish my body. take care beth, best of luck at the walmart, rich rawfood , elizabeth roberts <mamabethnc wrote: > > Hello, everyone!
