vinegar & tahini question

Okay, so you all know I am a newbie, well, we all start somewhere and

usually as a newbie. Questions:

Vinegar...are all vinegars raw or aren't they heated so what do I buy? Is

there a raw vinegar and the flavored ones mentioned what about them? And the

tahini that I buy at the store...is it raw? What about the olive

oil...wouldn't only the first pressing be raw or maybe not...can someone

explain? And the final two duh questions..(until the next time).I can use

sea salt right? And what about Earth Balance margarine (vegan). I could set

it outside in the sun and it would melt. LOL Oh, one more question...if I

boil a pot of water with the steamer thing in it, turn it off, let the kale

or whatever set in the steamer for one minute without the lid is that raw?

Yes, I know I need a cook book but haven't found one yet that makes sense to

me. I am vegan and eat mostly veggies, only steamed. Soy milk is out right?

Okay, so I broke my limit of questions in one post. <grinning>
