ok...I am new to raw foods and NEVER spent much time in the kitchen.

I have no skills and proved that two days ago when I tried to use my food

processor and while removing the blade, I cut my finger pretty deep.

soooo that brings me to my question.

Is there any decent applience out there for chopping onions and tomotoes and

peppers?

Ane of you long timers have any advice. I cant stand to stand in the kitchen

and chop vegies for 3 hours.

Is this just a part of eating raw that I have to adjust to or is there a

machine that can help???

Thanks..

Ok..you can tell me how nutty I am now..LOL!!!

Hi Sherry, the great thing about raw foods is you don't need to spend much time

in the kitchen, and can spend Zero time there if you put your mind to it. One

thing you can do is eat fruit, just as it is. Grab a few bananas or a handful of

dates and eat. Grapes, berries, apples.

I like smoothies. (dates, bananas , water, berries maybe some celery or

coconut) whizz in the Vita Mix. Now there's an appliance worth getting. presto.

Smoothie. takes a few minutes in the kitchen but nothing bad and no cut fingers.

Good luck to you being new and all. Lane
