Guest guest
I read that using jars to sprout seeds creates mold at the bottom of the tilted jar during drainage. The source also sells sprouting bags, and other such products. Does this ring true to anyone or is this guy just marketing products? Thanks, Bill
Guest guest
I have been sprouting since the 70's and always used jars and have never seen or smelled mold. I start with very clean jars and lids and rinse the seeds several times a day. I can't even figure out where the mold would be. Guest guest
If you go to work or forget to rinse often enough they will certainly mold. Jars are my least favorite way to sprout. Laying seeds on a wet cloth works well for the price.
