sprouting -- PS

In lieu of lid screens and Mason jars, you can simply cover any jar with cloth

-- use a rubberband or something to fasten it to the rim. Anything that enables

you to drain the glass jar.

 

I've used sprout bags but don't care for them -- nor growing sprouts in fiber

baskets.

 

Next step is to get a bigger sprouter, since my kitchen sink is full of sprout

jars tilted at 45 degrees.
