Guest guest Posted January 14, 2006 Report Share Posted January 14, 2006 hi, i'm dennis garrett, and i joined the list because i'm a brand new type two diabetic and i'm interested (sic) in finding out about raw organic foods that do not contain sugar or convert into sugar internally. i've heard there are benifits to certain types of raw meat also, and i'm curious. i love raw hamburger and sushi. not at the same time ;-D i use about 4 tablespoons of bee pollen daily and 1 1/2 teaspoons of royal jelly. my sprout seeds are in transit, and i plan to make sprouts a staple. can anything be done with raw rice? or oatmeal?
