Anyone familiar with Canadian ultra marathon champion Brendan Brazier? He is a

vegan, and,

according to a recent issue of Men's Journal, he is also about 90% raw. I am

very intrigued

because I am mainly interested in diet as it relates to sports and physical

fitness, and am

particularly interested in raw/vegan/vegetarian diets among elite athletes. His

website is

pretty good -- especially the pages below. I'd be interested to know if anyone

here has read

his book " Thrive " or tried any of the " Vega " meal replacement powders.

Audie,

Thank you for posting this information.

I read the information about the product.

The products looks great from the description.

I have asked them if the product is 100% raw.

I am also interested in products that are

helpful to sports/physical fitness.

Cheers,

- Hemant.
