Guest guest
If you are interested in going 100% raw I recommend reading Gabriel Cousens' book Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine. It also contains lots of recipes. Of course, once you read that you will probably want to get his Conscious Eating so that you better understand all the things he talks about in the Rainbow book. I went from a SAD to the Rainbow diet in one week in September. I have been 95-100% raw since them. I have had no major detox problems or cravings. I think that part of the reason is that I cut out all the things that trigger the sugar craving cycle at one time. It is a pretty radical eating style with no sugar, alcohol, cafffeine and only limited sprouted grains but I am feeling great and have experienced some much needed weight loss without being hungry. His website is treeoflife.nu. If you want to order his books, order them from Amazon or B & N, they are usually cheaper and you get them faster.
