As I sit here sipping my super drink of blended oranges, acai pulp, agave, aloe,

fresh bee pollen and hemp oil I wonder how better could I feel! I understand I

am lucky to have access to some of these ingredients, Acai being the latest. I

am testing the new pulp and freeze dried powders that have been shipped directly

from the Amazonian rainforest. The Acai, and the agave are the base ingredients

to WellFun Foods new products I am assisting in the development of. I believe

the company is going to supply the Acai and Agave in bulk to the Australian and

My Christmas and New Year was spent at Woodford Folk Festival - and what a great

event it was. 150,000 people of *all* sorts camping together for 6 days in heats

reaching 45 degrees C. I was honored to take the first slot on stage in the New

Year sharing the need for detoxification in today's world. So, thanks to all of

you who attended and supported the event. For me the event was about launching

the new edition of Living Food Recipes (more below) as well as the opportunity

to meet with so many of you face to face. I wish I could see you all more often!

will not be visiting any nightclubs. We will be running another Bali retreat in

June and August. The next Australian, Northern River's retreat will be in
