Guest guest Posted December 29, 2005 Report Share Posted December 29, 2005 I received this recipe from Rene Oswald who does cooking classes at Nutrition S'mart in Palm Beach Gardens, FL This is really good. Sweet Kale Salad Kale- Chop it into small pieces- I like Lancinato 1Cup Jicama or Sunchokes chopped into small chunks 2 Apples Chopped 8 Radishes 4 Scallions 1 Pepper- colored peppers of course. 1/2 Cup Raisins Chop and mix above ingredients together. Dressing Juice from 1 orange, 1 lemon. 1 Clove Garlic 2 TBLSPN Raw Tahini 2 TBLSPN Chickpea Miso( or salt) 4 Dates- Large like Mejool. 1/2 Cup Olive Oil. Add water if needed. Guest guest Posted December 30, 2005 Report Share Posted December 30, 2005 http://www.fromsadtoraw.com./Recipes/CantGetEnoughKale.htm Can't Get Enough Kale! 1 large bunch Kale finely chopped 2 carrots shredded pint of grape tomatoes 1/2 cup soaked pinenuts 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes soaked and chopped into bitty pieces 1 red onion cut into thin rings raw black olives Juice of one lemon 1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil sea salt few dashes of bragg's liquid aminos Mix all ingredients...set in fridge overnight.
