Yipee - RAW chestnuts

Thanks so much for letting me know they can be eaten raw. We out,

bought some and know I need to know - how in the heck can I peel them

easily? When cooked it isn't a problem but now I can't seem to free

them from their casing. Any ideas?

 

Once again, thanks for letting me know that they can be enjoyed raw!
