I've been there twice and really appreciate the simplicity of this beautiful learning center. It's very grass roots - no gourmet raw or overdone food combinations, in fact, the focus is on healing and easy-to-digest living foods such as energy soup, sprouts, wheatgrass and rejuvelac. Aside from the educational hands-on classes, they also offer colonics, massage, trager, reflexology, yoga & Nordic walking. Their website is www.annwigmore.org.
