Hi everybody

 

I'm Kleber, a new member from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and I'm 100% raw

since 3 weeks. I'm feeling very well and I can stay on this diet for

the rest of my life, but I already lost 4 kgs and I don't want to get

thinner . I'm a very active person. I know coconuts, avocados and nuts

are rich in fats but is it ok to eat too much of this kind of food?
