My name is Philip and I have written a fruit nutrition e-book (116

pages, approx. etc) and have set up a new forum to support it and also

discuss Christian topics and plant-based diet ones.

 

Now I am trying to get members for the site.

 

I came up with the idea, that I could give 25 free copies of the fruit

e-book to the first 25 different people who registered and posted 4

valid posts (ie introduce yourself in one, a recipe in another, a

plant-based diet health tip and promoting your website in another).

 

In the posts, please in the subject line write the number 1-25,

depending on the other posts in the format, ie (15, POST SUBJECT) and

then e-mail me on philgcdr, with the subject names of the

posts and your number. Please check carefully for the other messages

posted. The e-book is in PDF format and has taken me 100's of hours

of work creating and publishing; I hope that it is of a little help.
