CAROB BALLS 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup raisins 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter) 2 Tbsp carob powder (raw) 1 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp sesame seeds Enough Coconut to thicken mixture (maybe 1/4 cup?) Place everything in a food processor except coconut. Transfer in a bowl and mix in coconut until the mix is thick enough to make into balls. Make 1-2 inch round balls and roll in coconut, sesame seeds or carob powder. Refrigerate and eat! mmmmmmmmmm. This only makes about 6 balls.
