Just to let anyone know - who doesnt like conventional " healthshop "

toothpaste but likes " something " to clean their teeth with. Dr.Bronners

style " castile soap " is the answer. I get a particulary nice one made

by a small company in the U.K which is less harsh and more pleasant

than Dr.Bronners so check around.

I came across the idea whilst reading an article by Fred Patenaude on

his website - about " toothsoap " which happens to be a rip-off price for

a simple formula that is widly available.

I suggest reading the article and then buying/trying your soap

elsewhere!

I am a convert.. xx Kay

What is Castile soap? If I brushed with a bar of bath soap I'd be disgusted, so

I'm guessing this is somehow different? Thanks,Lane

Reply : It's a blend of oils such as olive, coconut and palm. I

wouldn't recommend using any other type of soap on your skin either.

Take a look at the website www.fredericpatenaude.com if you want to

check out more details about using soap for your teeth. K
