Kay here;

A lovely post :)

I will agree with you. The desire to follow a raw food diet is a

calling from your highest self. It is a chance and a path to discover

the truth about who you really are.

One cannot peacefully or joyfully live by WillPower alone. This is of

the mind and therein lies the problem, not the food - cooked or raw.

One has a choice; Become the watcher. This may require the

continuation of " bad " habits and sabotaging behaviour for a time

longer. All the while one remains detached as " The Watcher " . And

then, as with meditation - when your mind becomes frustrated enough

with not achieving anything new it will surrender to your higher

self. All paths lead to God at the end of the day.

I suggest begining with writing down the reasons why One wishes to

eat a raw diet? Not focusing on the cooked food.

Begin shaping your destiny because we are the Creators of it. Until

we have an idea the universe cannot help us shape it. Then begin

living your destiny. Go through the actions daily as if your dream

has already arrived.

And then when you have a desire for something you dont really need

(can also be a material object) Watch your mind, but this time

without acting. Give up the Sense illusion and become free. Slowly

the mind will yield but we must learn to become the Master first.

Food is only part of life so the passion/vocation must come first not

the food.

Also think about what you can give away. Free Oneself from the

trappings of Self-centeredness.

Share your food. Focus on what you can give out daily. A happy smile,

a kind gesture. Take your food scraps and feed the birds. Watch how

nature takes care of itself. Watch a bud change into a flower. Watch

the rains come and watch your mood flow with that and know that " ALL

THINGS COME TO PASS "
