Personally I see no " problem " per-se with eating any food consciously

or not - as one chooses. My original posting on flax was a consise

sumary of how FLAX DID NOT WORK FOR MY SYSTEM and the research I did

as to why? I felt that since I know others suffer with similar

symptoms such as I had, then it may be beneficial for those

individuals to consider the issue with flax.

However, within the Natural Hygiene movement it is considered wise to

assess whether one can live substantially on a particular type of

food and whether it can be enjoyed without adultering it.

First, ask yourself how you would find and HARVEST flax seeds in their

wild state? Unless the seeds are ground COMPLETELY to a paste in your

mouth (or other method) then you would not obtain nutrients from this

seed. In fact it would be quiet difficult to eat in any quantity

without drinking some water and using some kind of 'tool' to stop

them sticking to your teeth and palate.

Let us know if you try the above ? :)

Meanwhile; If you like to eat more conventionally and are quite happy

to adulter foods in certain ways to make them more 'palatable'; then

continue to do so with joy! You won't need to make a debate about it

You will just know THAT is the choice you make at this time..

Does this help?
