I must politely disagree with the above information.

The information " eating fats with sugars PREVENTS blood sugar

crashes " appears to be misguided. As is the quote " CRUCIAL "

Scientifically. Sugar uptake in the presence of fat exhausts the

pancreas and is the very cause of diabetes. The foods mentioned are

not crucial for many of us, but in fact Setbacks should we include

them in the diet.

 

I do speak from personal experience here. Whilst I am not and have

not been diabetic. I have experienced symptoms associated with this

disorder.

 

In any event. The power of the mind is a marvellous thing (or

destructive; according to how it is used!)

Whatever One believes manifests.

If everyone is happy with their current diet then why is anyone

asking questions in the first place?

We might as all well take matters in to our own hands and " go home

early " ! :)
