The information " eating fats with sugars PREVENTS blood sugar crashes " appears to be misguided. As is the quote " CRUCIAL " Scientifically. Sugar uptake in the presence of fat exhausts the pancreas and is the very cause of diabetes. The foods mentioned are not crucial for many of us, but in fact Setbacks should we include them in the diet. I do speak from personal experience here. Whilst I am not and have not been diabetic. I have experienced symptoms associated with this disorder. In any event. The power of the mind is a marvellous thing (or destructive; according to how it is used!) Whatever One believes manifests. If everyone is happy with their current diet then why is anyone asking questions in the first place? We might as all well take matters in to our own hands and " go home early " ! All the best with whatever you do - Its all a path and there is nothing to achieve, or worry about unless you want to. xx Kay
