there's recipes on here, there's probably other sites that have more of

them though, maybe there's something in the files, there's plenty in

the archives but god knows where.

well, i'm doing loop-the-loops over not eating something that looked

like a new cheese cracker to me earlier. i'm telling you, the

temptation is out of this world, it's so logical to not want new cooked

stuff, but the temptation is overwhelming. there's always something

new cookedwise, i know that, but i keep thinking if i try every cooked

item out there, eventually i'll run out of temptations. well, i'm

going on 15 years of trying this and some new craving keeps coming my

way anyway, better admit that i've been wrong trying to do this for so

long and just get used to the fact that these crazy cravings are going

to be here for as long as they're here. illogical as they may be,

they're mentally very difficult to deal with. it's so much easier to

just eat cooked when a craving comes along and then go back to raw asap.

ugh, i am really suffering over this, but at least i'm here dialoguing

about it instead of being drugged out on cooked, which would have led

to the free wine they were offering too, which would lead to other

inappropriate behavior, how much longer do i want to suffer in this

way? i have to just get used to the fact that raw is the way for me

and it's never going to change, so why try to fight it?

after raw i expect nirvana, but that's another story. i did see

godspell tonight, wonderful man that guy. well i know in my heart that

i'm happier raw and dialoguing and having a good day tomorrow than i

would have been binging on my cooked cravings and trashing the rest of

the weekend, definitely not getting as much out of it as i could raw.

i hope this eases my pain, i know if i get five months again or so like

i had earlier this year that the food will be a moot point, that i

won't break my diet for ANY food reasons. and i don't want any other

problems either.

rich

oh yeah, there was some dark colored hard cheese that's driving me

nuts, having not eaten, too. and the free wine, oh the free wine!

earlier in the evening i passed up korbel extra dry champagne at

another gallery opening, not an easy thing to do either, but passing up

the booze isn't one-eigth as difficult as passing up some new vegan

cooked item, that i haven't tried before, or looks tasty.
