It is amazing grace isn't it? Only a short while ago I would still have maintained the motto that diet is very individual. Which of course it is. But truly, having experienced, seen it with others AND educated myself with other schools. Natural Hygiene followed with clear intentions and heart felt gladness IS THE WAY FORWARD for our future. I could not teach another way now. I have just ordered all of the books by H. Shelton that Dave Klein has " on his shelf " for sale. I have read some, but never owned any for deeper study. What's more I left my " library " in The U.S, so I've kinda " written " off my books so to speak. I share your congratulations - You have been very determined. Elchanan and Laurie have been Angels online in those early days wouldn't you say?! Laurie's partner Dr. Tim Trader is an excellent teacher also. They all have so much humility and compassion which goes a long way. Do you notice that it is ALWAYS natural Hygienists who give of their time more freely? And NEVER try to sell you supplements and " stuff " . I am following three computer courses part time at college (Free from the government - I am learning to be grateful of what this country has to offer!) These courses are just helping me generally. Word - I mostly know this program but need to familiarize myself with the facilities before I go onto to a beginners course in Desktop Publishing (incase I should need this on my desert island of tropical fruit - living lightly??!!) An IT course also - incase I ever own my own computer. My eyes are bloodshot most of the time - I am not even on a full time course! Hence my desire to keep away from further VDU screens.. My other course is " Self Mastery With The Bagavad Gita " . My mum gave me this for my birthday (because parents " only " give you what THEY want for you!) However it is perfect because I am in depth study of the philosophy of Yoga, full on with my classes under a good teacher. Asana Practice takes 2 hours a day 5 days a week. The philosophy is studied at home. I walk everywhere so my time is used up quickly! I am not very peaceful in a town flat so it is useful to use it as a " hotel " . In truth the SEA is calling me daily and I truly desire to move South and get out of town. I will find away of creating this as the time comes right. I have a bigger goal of Hawaii (CA on the way!) For an English person to live in Hawaii without marrying your way in ? Well, it's unheard of without $$$$ in the bank. But anything IS possible with God! I feel that your passion for SERVICE in this movement is the key that holds it all together for you Bob. Diet without passion IS just diet. This path leads us to the truth. " Know the truth and the truth shall set you free! " Thank you for sharing your Personal Truth with Us dear Bob. HAPPY DAY to you - We are just finishing up this end. xx

(and Bobo) Actually, I had to leave the country rather swiftly because I could not afford to move in and out of the country to renew my visa YET ANOTHER TIME. Imigration will only give us 90 days without corporate sponsorship. I left 2 locker boxes of personal belongings with a " friend " . Well, 4 years have gone by with only one trip back (to a different area) so she has decided to open them and use the contents for herself apparently! Its ok - Just 'material' stuff really. I won't be needing any of it when I finish with this incarnation! The cost of shipping is mega $$ Thank you for your offer. Most of the books (except for the yoga) were " green " anyhow! The last few days this end have begun the COLD struggle. I feel like a reptile! Summer fruits almost non-existant and we are in Autumn Still, each season has it's blessing eh?...
