Bates Method of Improving Eyesight

I started reading a copy of " The Cure of Imperfect Sight by Treatment Without

Glasses " by W.H. Bates, but I find it a very hard read. Has anyone had success

with this method and could tell of a " simplified " way of accomplishing it.

well, i think eyesight can be corrected from this diet, god knows when

that will be, i'd need probably ten years of success to have something

like that happen.

 

well, anyway, another day raw, off to a lecture, i'm started again,

wish me luck. lived through the temptation of free wine and cooked at

a gathering last night, hopefully i'll have success again tonight and

for the rest of my life. so tired of going back and forth, in and

out. lots of little stressers to live through during the day in order

to fight to stay raw. came as close as a person can come to losing

where i live recently, don't know how i would do this diet if i

couldn't afford a place to live, i mean i really don't. the mental

insanity of not even being able to try this diet would push me over the

brink, into what of course, i don't know, just another chasm i suppose.
