Guest guest
Hi Bob, Look - thanks for your willing tack on Rawschool. Something just didnt feel right with the appraoch. I have so little access time I would rather let it go. I am a sensitive type - I admit a downfall on my part, but when the connection feels right I can take any remarks in my stride and look upon them with positive light. We all know that Elchanan can be pretty direct at times - I really like him for it because I feel it comes from a true place.. Whatever, I'm leanring. Thanks for your tact. I had a couple of people contact me personally from Rawschool. One for some " help " /sharing, another to tell me she thinks you have an excellent approach Bob - We feel You can take your " new " career a long way.. Listen to this anyway.. I have tried not eating until 12.00 (11.00 earliest) This morning I did a one and a half hour Ashtanga class finishing at 12.00 I felt energetic, if but a little dry in throat. I sweated more and experienced slightly coated tongue but forgot about anything I viewed as hunger. I felt really hungry when I came home and was able to add two extra bananas to my first meal. I feel better for it. Most of my salads are fatless (avocado 2-3 times a week max) So I would think that if I do eat an early and simple salad of three items it is ok to eat a couple of oranges 3 hours afterward? I have already got use to eating my salad later on most days and especially on the avo' days.. Obviously I won't be to rigid on the " no breakfast " plan. If I really want to eat at 10ish I will. The classes I attend are very personal and disciplined. I am prepared to take constructive critism. I hope I can improve my inner strength and PERSONAL JUDGEMENT (Like " get over it " ! ) I hope that noone feels offended by my manner and directness?.. I shall not make any excuses for my own behaviour/attitude All Growing Together... xx Namaste Kay
Guest guest
Hi Kay.. thanks for your comments: most appreciated. as far as the oranges 3 hours after the salad, looks ok as long as no avo or nuts/seeds with the salad. as far as the morning/breakfast timing, looks great to me.. I think you're doing wonderfully! Keep it up! best, Bob Farrell Personal Heatlh Creation Coach rawfood , " korangeli " <corangeli@h...> wrote: > > Hi Bob, > Look - thanks for your willing tack on Rawschool. > Something just didnt feel right with the appraoch.
