Guest guest
To NH or not to NH is that the question? One of the things I love about this group is the opportunity to observe people over years of time. I have been a lifestyle coach - vegetarian, vegan, live foods chef for 9 years. I know that nutrition is often not in the top 3 or 5 reasons for eating for myself and others. We have so many financially wealthy people in this country who could afford the best and optimal " health " diet that probably we all agree would include fresh ripe produce without toxins and full of nutrients. Yet what do they eat and drink? Heavy foods and beverages that suppress their feelings dull their wits and sedate or hype them up. I teach most people to go slow and transition. Why do I do this? Obvious to some -- because the social aspects of being different are more challenging then any other aspect of this or any other " healthy " activity whether I be " positive thinking, " " positive speech " or " right actions. " Eating RF comes under right actions and it can be (I certainly have done this) very challenging to others if we are not very VERY careful. I am so glad to see this group abide by the wonderful motto: " First do no Harm " You have helped me be better just be reading. Have a great day!
