like maybe I'm not eating enough or perhaps not the right things

before workout.

 

I experienced such fatigue, I'm assuming that is the reason! Could it

be something else?

 

I don't have the book " Raw Power " and it is not in my budget at this

time, and I really don't know all that much about it, either.

 

Anyone have suggestions on how/what/when to eat before I workout? It

is an hour-long hydrobics class, and it is intense!
