why would fats from avocados not work, we need fat and avocados are

obviously a gentle, plant fat, not like the fat from meat. an

avocado is a fruit, it has a seed, the real definition of a fruit. i

certainly eat all the other items you mentioned but i definitely see

some avocado as helpful.

 

i just don't think the fat in the avocado is something to worry

about, if your talking about weight gain, it certainly doesn't put

any on me. and healthwise we have a lot of fat in our bodies, even

as thin as i am eating this way, and replenishing fat or keeping up

the proper amount would seem to be a good thing.

you can't come on over, there's no way to join, what, do you have to

be approved first somehow in order to join this site? i went to it

but it just says " members only " and gives me no access.
