yes, Here's a recenty discussion re: Candida from the RawSchool group:

note the relationship to fat! Need to look at what kinds of fat, and

how much you're taking in? do you eat a lot of nuts/or avocado??

obviously, delete all animal products: meat, dairy, etc.

811rv = means a minimum of 80% of calories from carbohydrates,

primarily fruits, and sweet fruits being the majority of that,

then a maximum of 10% each of protein and fat.

rv= raw vegan...
