not last. No headaches, a few sniffles, tongue coated, thickness in

the back of my throat. I have had an issue with my hip and back and

everyday it feels better and better and it has only been 3 days of

fasting. I am doing a water fast. I was about 97% raw vegan before

the fast.

NO - NO - NO !

You must learn about fasting before you embark on these procedures!

Please learn more about correct fasting. x

A fast MUST be broken on juicy sweet fruit or you will put great

burden on the body. Dried fruits are not a good choice at the best of

times, soaked or not.

I would suggest a good ripe melon - but dont eat a huge portion. Just

a couple of ounzes to begin with.

Or a little mango or half a nectarine, eating a little more an hour

later.

Don't eat any fats for at least a few days. I have no idea what kind

of diet you are eating at present and I have no knowledge of your

health circumstances etc so I safely advise you. I would suggest that

when Elchanan returns you get in touch with him about this subject.

It takes the body a few days before it even " realises " it's fasting.

By the 4th day the metabolism is lowered in order to preserve energy.

Absolute rest is required for the body to have any chance at

cleansing, healing, balancing etc. Because you will be breaking your

fast after a short time I suggest you continue on sweet, juicy fruit,

minimal fat (only avocado) and a good green salad with fruit veg each

day in general.

It's the best idea to NOT be using the internet whilst the body is

resting, which is why you need to learn about what you are doing

BEFORE you start.

I am sorry I cannot help you further - It is not my place to advise

on fasting supervision - I DO suggest you contact Elchanan and I hope

he will be able to assist you

Namaste

Kay
