Are there any good resources that not only provide recipes but also provide information on how much of what we need each day? Are there any books/articles etc. that include a day-by-day food plan kinda thing? I don't know a lot about food and was never into cooking so every bit of advice offered would be greatly appreciated. Also, I know some raw foodists are sort of anti-vitamin. But do any of you take vitamin/mineral supplements and can you recommend any? I really don't want to become deficient in anything. (Probably already am and I'd like to reverse that.)
