Guest guest
Greetings Everyone from the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute in the beautiful Caribbean! There has been some question about our schedule this fall, as to when we are closing and when we will be re-opening. Let this serve as a public notice of the exact dates. (As I am sure many of you know, we close for one month every year to do our annual repairs and upgrades to our tropical facilities.) This year we will be closed from August 28 until September 24, 2005, so that we increase wheelchair accessiblity around the Institute, build a new harvesting area, as well as paint and redecorate around the Institute without inconveniencing our students. This has been a very exciting year for us this year. We have doubled the number of private apartments available at the Institute, including six new BEACH-front apartments; as well as acquiring a new beach-front yoga pavilion for sunrise and afternoon yoga. Exciting! We also have built a second greenhouse to grow all of our own mature greens. This is in addition to Greenhouse I, where we grow our wheatgrass and sunflower greens and do all of our sprouting! Plus, we have rebuilt and expanded our website [ www.annwigmore.org ] to better service you, including regional Living Foods and Alumni list-servs! This summer has been so successful that it has almost been overwhelming. We are currently running at full capacity and the only time that we have space available before the break is the Relaxation Week from August 21 to August 27. If you are interested in doing the two-week Living Foods Certification Program, you would have to book your space for AFTER September 24th. You can check out the full program schedule at http://www.annwigmore.org ! Thanks to everyone for their continuing support of this very important and beautiful non-profit Living Foods education center and we will see you again in the fall!
