Banana's & Celery Workout Drink!!!

This morning I rode my bike 25 miles (some hills). Before I left I put 3

banana's,4 big celery ribs and filled my K-tech with good water and blended

until

liquid, then poured it in my two water bottles. I felt great and recovered

quickly. When I got home I ate 1 1/2 delicious canteloupe.
