great ! i will read this post a good few times. I do 200

jumprope , twice a day .( my wife won't let the trampoline in the house:)

25 pushups twice daily ..i hope to increase both as you suggest

Great Lewis! Now, do you do all that jumping at pretty much the same speed

and intensity? If so, start inserting " bursts, " where you speed up your

jumping/turning speed, try different speeds. Choose at least some of the

time to go so fast that you exhaust yourself to the point of having to stop.

 

Also, when you are jumping, focus some attention on your breathing,

particularly on your exhalation (breathing out). Really PUSH the air out.

The better we develop our exhalator muscles, the better our inhalation,

therefore the better our systemwide. oxygenation.

 

Just a couple of little points to consider as you progress.
