Elchanan, can you please tell us which chapter ect. is the core of the

relaxation tequnique.I can't believe you got to read 300 pages to improve

your eyesight! don't we believe in simplicity! ?!( If I find a RF book with

400 pgs. I wouldn't touch it ) Thank again for your never-ending

I can, but I choose not to. Read the book. I RARELY suggest that people read

entire books, most of what is written nowadays is tripe, at least from my

perspective. But I generally hold the writings of " originators " and

" discoverers " as exceptions -- when we can learn from one who first

discovered or created something, we typically have a great opportunity.

 

Besides, if I am more committed to your health than you are, then we have a

little imbalance of sorts....
