Well, how small is small? Of course, I have to wear my glasses to read (with

left eye), and I can read a Webster's dictionary, barely. I do like larger

print, so thanks for your suggestions.

By the way, I have only been eating 100% raw since Feb.1st, 2005, so I am

expecting too much too soon.

Thanks for your message on detox. I sent to my friend in Ohio.

Oh, I forgot you're near-sighted, yes? I'm far-sighted, and sometimes I

forget to ask. You'll do fine with any printout!

And in my opinion, you are not " expecting too much too soon. " You're doing

great.

Here's a thought, though, about the idea of ever " expecting " anything. (And

Helen, please bear with me here. :):)

I used to expect all sorts of things from people, from the world, etc. I

finally learned to let all that go, and I am much happier for it. I no

longer believe that I " deserve " anything, nor that the universe or Divinity

or anyone else owes me a thing. I now accept full and total responsibility

for the life I manifest, create, and live.

One way I support myself and reinforce my own focus, values, beliefs,

choices, intentions, etc., is by choosing my words carefully (well, most of

the time :). So in this case, consider the following examples, for contrast:

I expect many great things in life.

I seek many great things in life.

I choose to manifest and create many great things in my life.

I plan on having many great things in my life.

I am worthy of all the best that love and life have to offer.

and so on. Each of these statements carries and conveys a very different

energy, a different intention, a different relationship with the world. None

is " right " or " wrong " in any way. Yet each statement may lead one into very

different outcomes. Just food for thought.
