hi agian,

 

Well I am sure you are tired of hearing from me but this I have been

asked to send this mail, several months ago before I took a header of

the RF wagon and then felt too guilty to write it.

 

A while back I was watching a show on BBC about the forming of a human

in the womb and how the body reacts and changes as it gets older. With

this infomation added to my brain and all the many ideas and posts

given us by Elchanan and huge old light bulb went off in my head.

 

We have been told over and over agin all through our lives that we are

what we eat. In the program it talked about how there is nothing in

our bodies that is over 7 to 10 years old because we are constanting

renewing cells all over our bodies. This made me think about " What the

bleep do we know " and how it talks about training the cells of our

bodies to need certian things like sugar, the hormones produced by

anger, cooked food. When the cells don't get these things they are

used to it makes them beg for it, the body thinks it is being

deprived.

 

On another point if all those cells are being renewed all the time

then they need materials to renew. This is of course the food we eat.

While the show asked it the very end what caused aging and stated that

medical science was still looking for the answer I begain baging my

head into the table because the answer is right in front of us. They

used the example of making a photo copy then making a copy of that

copy and a copy of that copy and so on after awhile the picture is

unreconizible. But i feel this is a bad example because in our DNA is

the plan for how each and every cells in our bodies. The problem is

not that it is a copy of a copy of a copy but the materials we give

our bodies to build the cells with. This is why when we eat raw food

(raw materials) we begin to look younger, feel better ect ect. When we

give our bodies cooked food, sugar, and processed food our bodies make

new cells the best they can with the things on hand. Then the older we

get the worse we eat and the worse our cells look. On and on and on.

Cancer is what happens when we don't give our bodies what it needs to

make propercells, some rebel. That is why eat MORE fruits and veggies

helps prevent cancer.

 

This is also a great arguement for excercising on a regular basis. If

we are alwys renewing that dosen't mean that those cells remember or

know what the old ones did if that were the case we would only need to

excercise for a year or so and then would always look like that for

the rest of our lives. We must always be training those new cells. So

maybe instead of thinking we need to retrain ourselves to eat right we

can think that we are simply training the new cells to be better than

the old ones and as the old ones beg for there way of life they are

used to remeber that they will be dead soon and the cells you are

training now will be taking over.

 

We don't eat to see how much food will fit in our stomachs but to

renew our lives and have the energy to go and hunt more food.

 

I hope this made sense and that I actually got my thought out but

maybe as outhers read this and add thier thoughts it will expand to

what it is in my emotions and non language areas of my brain :)
