Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers Sara

I wouldn't say I'm completely proud, hehe, I'm just glad I didn't give up

even when the pressure was on to " just eat meat again, " as a lotta people put

it! I definitely feel good when I sit down to something meatless that I'm

doing something good for my body, and more importantly, I've saved a few of our

animal friends by making the choice to go meat-free. =)

 

I did the math, tomorrow will make 9 months and two weeks for me without

meat! Yay! =)
