Mix some together with a can of black beans and a bottle of either Bennett's or Del Monte bottled chili sauce. Slice red peppers in half, take seeds and membranes out. Steam slightly in hot water. When starting to soften, add the black bean mixture and continue steaming. These are so delicious. We prefer this method to the old rice and whatever...
