blue/purple potatoes Judy

They remind me of the red potatoes. They sure do make

a gorgeous colored potato salad.

I like the purple potatoes and can't really detect a taste difference.

Trader Jos sells a mix of potatoes I like to buy for soups and those are

included. I _do_ find that the purple ones go rotten first, so they are

a bit more delicate.
