Guest guest
Chive New Potatoes New potatoes are my favorite, I have done these on the barbecue and in the over. I could eat them all with fresh corn on the cob, and sliced fresh tomatoes. 20 to 25 small red potatoes 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 8 cloves garlic minced 1 tbsp paprika To taste salt 1 bunch chives, chopped fine Wash and cut in half the red potatoes. Pour most of the olive oil in a mixing bowl. Put red potatoes in bowl and coat with olive oil. In a separate foil roasting pan pour the remaining olive oil and coat the bottom of pan. Place the red potatoes evenly in pan. Sprinkle garlic, paprika, and salt over potatoes. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Place pan on bottom cooking surface and bake for 1 hour with grill cover closed. At 1 hour remove aluminum foil and sprinkle chives over potatoes. Continue cooking uncovered for 15 minutes with grill cover closed. Serves 4 to 6. A mother of 7, I need to lay down. -- http://www.fastmail.fm - The way an email service should be
