Farm Veggies

Daughter, mother and I drove out to our local farms yesterday and came

home with some treasures. Fresh Peaches & Cream corn on the cob,

gherkins,melons,green onions, garlic,peaches,sweet potatoes,squash and

cabbage.

While we were there we noticed that the ware house was filled with

palates of cabages. I had corn for breakfast this morning. Washed and

saved the corns husks to dry and later use to make tamales. Today in my

salad boul will be some of those onions and gherkins with Vegenaise as

dressing.
