I just got a new recipe book called 'Very Salad Dressings', after I have time to persue it if there are some good ones I'll post them. Especially after all the salad talk lately!! I'm going to the Farmer's Market with my girls and then to lunch with DH, a restaurant called 'Real Seafood', but they have an awesome lunch salad.
