Guest guest
Hi Marcella: I have never put eggs or anything to replace eggs in my lasagna. gayle epidemic0fhate Mon, 31 Jul 2006 8:20 PM lasagna question Why do most recies call for eggs. Is this just used to hold things together? Can I omit eggs? I'm not vegan, I just don't want them there if they don't make a huge difference on how the lasagna turns out. Input please. Thanks Marcella ______________________ Check out AOL.com today. Breaking news, video search, pictures, email and IM. All on demand. Always Free. Guest guest
I never use eggs either, tofu works in place of the ricotta, I just add extra herbs and spices and mix it up one hour before and put back in the fridge so the flavors blend and then I use in lasagna.
