Chop Chop Salad 2 cups grated carrots 2 cups diced celery 1 cup sliced scallions 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts 1 cup WW bread cubes or other grain 1 cup cheese or cottage cheese 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped parsley or cilantro Dressing 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup lemon juice 2 tsp. powdered seaweed 1 Tbsp. dry sage 5 cloves garlic soy sauce to taste black pepper to taste 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp. liquid lecithin Combine all salad ingredients.
