Hi Mel,

If you don't find the natural veg bullion, there's a brand in the

Kosher section of many supermarkets called Telma which comes in veg &

mushroom (besides their meat ones) and it tastes a lot less salty. If

you're cutting down on salt, you won't be happy with the instant ramen

packets - they are loaded with salt. If you start making your own

broth, you can control the salt content, substitute extra celery or

parsley, and freeze in baggies in whatever amounts work best for your

use.:)
