Guest guest Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 I am not a vegetarian......yet! But, my husband and I are trying to eat healthy. We have not had beef for over a year. We have given up pork this week. Hopefully! We still are working on poultry and fish. I have decided that one day a week.....we will eat vegan. So...hope you don't laugh. It is a step in the right direction. BTW....I am 70 years old....(can you teach old dogs new tricks? Of course!) My name is Sue, but for 48 years I have been known as Butterkup or just BK. We moved from the Detroit area to Florida in 1970. Lost our home to Charley and am now a half back. In case you don't know what that is....it is someone who moved from the North to the South and then moved Half way back. We live in the Mountains of North Georgia.
