Did you locate our recipe file area from the homepage

Hello Donna,

thank you for answering my question :-). Yes, i have located the

recipe file, its so large, thats great! Im posting something yummy

for kids. Im not very familiar with English culinary vocab yet, so

it is possible that you will find some inapropriate words, spelling

mistakes, etc there.But i promise i will try my best to avoid them

:-)

 

So, this is a recipe that i found in one magazine for kids

 

Milky rice with raspberries

 

1 cup (200g) rice

7 dl milk

600 g raspberiies (fresh are best!)

30 g grounded nuts

3 table spoons powdered? sugar

sweet balm

salt

 

Cook milk, add a bit of salt and 1 spoon of sugar. When it boils,

add the rice and lower heat and cook for 15 min. Stir from time to

time. Than cook at minimum temperature and keep the lid on it for a

while. Cut one half of raspberries, crush the other half and add

sugar. Fill glasses alternately with rice, cut and crushed

raspberries. Put into the fridge for 20 mins. Finally sprinkle with

nuts.
